12 Hard-Boiled Eggs
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise (see page 14)
¾ tsp Dried Minced Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1 ½ tsp Dijon Mustard
½ tsp Dill
1 ½ tsp Coconut Vinegar
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half. Scoop out the yolk into a bowl.
Add the Mayonnaise, minced onion, minced garlic, mustard, dill (reserving a little for garnish), and
coconut vinegar. Season to taste with sea salt and black pepper.
Scoop the mixture into an icing bag or just use a spoon to fill the empty egg white halves. Sprinkle with
a little smoked paprika and garnish with fresh dill.
