1/3 cup Ketchup
¼ cup Sweet Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
2 Tbsp Honey
1 clove Garlic
¼ cup Sweet Onion
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
1 lb Lean Grass-Fed Ground Beef
½ cup Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Water
1 Tbsp Sweet Chili Sauce
3 Tbsp Sweet Onion
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix the Breadcrumbs with the egg, water, Sweet Chili Sauce, and minced yellow onion. Then
add the beef and mix until thoroughly incorporated.
Roll into about 2” balls and place on the greased baking sheet. Bake for 22–25 minutes total, turning
once around the 10-minute mark.
While the meatballs are baking, let’s make the sauce. Combine the ketchup, Sweet Chili Sauce, coconut
aminos, honey, minced garlic, and minced onion in a saucepan. Season the sauce with sea salt and black
pepper, to taste.
Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the sauce and heat over medium-high heat until the
sauce is hot and the onions look translucent. You can turn them on low until ready to serve, or put them
in a slow cooker and leave them there for guests to graze on.
