24 Okra
2 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Tbsp Adobo Seasoning
½ Tbsp Olive Oil
½ Tbsp Walnut Oil
2 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Sea Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Let the okra come to room temperature. While that happens, combine the almond flour, Adobo
Seasoning, Creole seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper in a bowl.

Once the okra is at room temperature, toss it with the olive oil, walnut oil, and lemon juice. Next, add
the almond flour mixture and toss to coat.

Lay the okra in a single layer on baking sheets. We use parchment paper, but if you don’t have any,
greasing a baking pan will work fine as well. You don’t want to overcrowd them, so give them each their own space.

Bake for 12 minutes, then broil for another 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown.
