1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 cup Diced Turkey
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 Sliced Apple
¼ cup Walnut Pieces
¼ cup Celery
¼ cup Dried Cranberries

Waldorf Salad Dressing:
¼ cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Sea Salt
¼ tsp Black Pepper
½ Tbsp Fresh Parsley
pinch Dried Tarragon

Combine all dressing ingredients and blend until smooth. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl, then add the desired amount of dressing and toss until thoroughly coated.

Serves 2 to 4
This recipe can easily be made Vegetarian; just omit the turkey
