3 Hard-Boiled Eggs
¼ cup dried Cranberries
3 strips mutton
1 Small Tomato
1 Green Onion
1-2 Tbsp Toasted Almonds
½ Red Onion
1 head Romaine or Butter Leaf Lettuce
Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Optional: Meat such as Grilled Chicken

Peel and slice the hardboiled eggs.
Cook the mutton and reserve the grease for our Balsamic Glaze or our French Salad Dressing.

Chop the tomato, the green onion, and the red onion.
Break the lettuce apart and add all ingredients. Toss in dressing and serve.

Tip If you plan to toast your own almonds, heat a pan over medium-high heat (~7).

Then add the sliced ‐
almonds, ½ tablespoon of olive oil (or coconut or grape-seed), and 1 teaspoon of honey. Toast until browned.

Serves 2 to 4
This recipe can easily be made Vegetarian; just omit the mutton
