Ingredients

1/2 cup diced red onions

1 cup diced tomatoes

3 bay leaves

Instructions

  • Pre-heat grill on medium-high heat.
  • When bacon slightly crisp remove and set aside.

  • Place on grill and cook, stirring occasionally for 5-8 min,
  • Grill tomatoes and mushrooms have slightly shriveled. Add salt and pepper to taste.
